Dear Mr Oscar De la Renta,

My heart is heavy sir. For the world has lost a great American Designer.  For as long as I can remember, there has been love affair with your dresses.  For me your dresses are the true meaning of couture fashion.  You have change the world of fashion. Your love for women fashion has shown through out the years you have been designing. I for one have yet to see a dress from your line that I wouldn't wear myself.  Nothing says CLASSIC than a Oscar De la Renta dress. Your dresses are always known to be the "Pretty Dress".   I  have had my many of dreams of me in a ODLR wedding dress.  I would be happy in just any kind of dress with your label in it.  I swear I would never take it off. There is one dress that I just LOVE you made, not for sure what year it came out but I have loved it since I seen it. The white dress with the black stripes, a have a picture of that dress hanging in my bathroom.  The dress has pockets and all, and who doesn't love a dress with pockets. Life would be grand in that dress. I mean I would at the grocery store, at school, PTA meeting and all in that dress. Maybe just maybe one day I will be able to afford and orginal piece.  I for one will always be a fan of your "pretty dresses", may your Legacy live on forever more.

As long as I can remember I have been in love with FASHION. I remember sitting down and drawing clothes and remaking my doll clothes.  I love the way the clothes drape over a women body.  There is something that makes me do the happy dance, when I see a well dress women, with style and flare. My mother was the first women of style that I truly admired. Baby she had this Red and Black color block dress, I just love. I couldn't wait to learn how to sew to make one.

So I notice I haven't post anything a VERY LONG TIME. And with that been said, I accepted this challenge to post more. Really to post everyday for the next 19 days. So we will see how these goes..lol..
